A civil nonprofit organization with full legal status. Since 1962, the Spanish Nuclear Industry Forum has brought together Spanish companies involved in the peaceful use of nuclear power, ensuring that their interests are integrated and coordinated at the very highest levels of safety and reliability in nuclear power plant operation.

OBJECTIVES
Coordination of reporting and communication activities, and join forces to achieve the industry’s goals regarding the peaceful use of nuclear power as a sector.
Promote nuclear power’s public image, oproviding objetive, timely information to the public on the reality of this sector.
Foster education and training in nuclear power-related issues, in collaboration with other institutions.
Collaborate with members in identifying business opportunities and encouraging the Spanish nuclear industry’s participation in conferences, congresses and other national and international events.
Act as liaison in the nuclear industry to promote the sector’s position in national and international legislative proposals.

FUNDING
To meet operating costs incurred by its activities, the Spanish Nuclear Industry Forum, as a nonprofit association, obtains its revenue from fees paid by its members.
