GDES becomes part of the Dounreay Wood Alliance on the DSRL decommissioning services

GDES has secured a position on the multi-milliound pound framework to provide decommissioning services to Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL).

This contract will run up for up to seven years and has an estimated value of £400 million

GDES Limited, UK subsidiary of GDES Group, has won a place as part of the Dounreay Wood Alliance (DWA) on the multimillion-pound framework contract to provide decommissioning sollutions to DSEL at Dounreay, Scotland.

This contract will run up for up to seven years and has an estimated value of £400 million. Six successful bidders have been appointed to the framework, which covers projects to enable decommissioning of the Dounreay site. DWA, with Wood as prime contractor, combines sub-contractors GDES, Orano and Aquila.
