Your personal information will be stored during the period of validity and term of the functions and objectives ascribed by our Statutes or as long as you do not request the suppression of your data, or during the limitation period reserved for any actions that might arise in relation to the relationship existing between us as well as resulting from any claim we might receive from official organizations in compliance with legal norms. If you unsubscribe or exercise your right of suppression, your user data will be blocked and kept in restricted mode at the disposition of the competent authorities for a 5-year term, in order to meet the possible liabilities that arise from this processing.

Information needed to send you communications on our activities

The personal data provided for the remittance of Foro Nuclear’s communications will remain stored until you revoke your consent, all of this without prejudice to your right to suppression or opposition.

As regards sending informative communication via electronic means, the legal base is Foro Nuclear’s legitimate interest in developing the activities that pertain to them as an Association. In any case, and in order to guarantee greater safety to your data, Foro Nuclear and its management companies will only use services certified in the Privace Shield (which offers a series of rights and forces companies to protect personal data according to the privacy principles used in the European Union).

Rights

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on whether we at Foro Nuclear are processing data that concerns them and, in that case, they have right of access to your personal data, to the purposes of this processing and to the corresponding personal data categories.

You may request a limitation of the treatment of your data when it refutes the accuracy of personal data during the time necessary for the responsible party to verify their accuracy; when the processing is illicit and the proprietary party is opposed to the suppression of personal data, requesting a limitation of its use instead; when the responsible party no longer needs personal data for the purposes of its processing but the proprietary party might need them for the formulation, execution or defense of claims; when the proprietary party opposes the processing and while it is verified whether the responsible party’s legitimate reasons prevail over the proprietary party’s reasons. In such cases we will only keep the data for the execution or defense of claims.

Under certain circumstances, and for reasons pertaining to your particular situation, you may oppose the processing of your data. Foro Nuclear will stop processing your date, except on legitimate grounds, or in order to execute or defend potential claims.

You have the right to obtain, in structured format, any personal data concerning you which you have provided, and transmit it to another controller without prevention from the controller the data was provided to, as long as the processing is based on consent or the processing is done via automated means.

When the persons concerned execute their right of access, rectification, suppression and opposition, limitation of processing and data portability as well as their right not to be subjected to automated individualized decisions, they shall communicate this via e-mail to the address correo@foronuclear.org
