In accordance with current data protection legislation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter the GDPR, as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, hereinafter the LOPDGDD, users are informed, pursuant to Articles 13 of the GDPR and 11 of the LOPDGDD, as follows:

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data you provide will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship remains in force. However, in order to provide maximum transparency, we inform you that the general retention periods we apply are as follows:

• General identification data, such as email address, name, surname or telephone number: for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until consent is withdrawn. In any case, the data will be deleted when it is no longer to be used for the purpose for which it was collected.
• Accounting, tax and employment-related data: six (6) years.
• Employment-related data: ten (10) years.
• Recruitment processes: two (2) years from the submission of the curriculum vitae.
• Likewise, due to the sending of commercial information, even if the relationship between the parties ends, FORO DE LA INDUSTRIA NUCLEAR ESPAÑOLA will continue to retain your information for the purpose of sending newsletters related to our products and services. You may exercise the rights recognised by current legislation at any time by contacting us through the most convenient channel.

Notwithstanding these general periods, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems in order to delete any data that is no longer legally necessary.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

Depending on the purpose for which your data is collected, the processing of your data is necessary for:

1. Managing the commercial relationship you have entered into with us.
   • Performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
   • Consent of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
2. Preparing a quotation tailored to your needs.
   • Performance of a contract and/or pre-contractual relationship, pursuant to Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
3. Managing email communications with interested parties.
   • Consent of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
   • Legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
4. Carrying out the company’s recruitment processes.
   • Consent of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
5. Managing the company’s employees and internal human resources.
   • Performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
6. Sending commercial communications.

Furthermore, all data collected is necessary for the provision of the service. However, any data marked with an asterisk (*) will be mandatory. If the mandatory data is not provided, FORO DE LA INDUSTRIA NUCLEAR ESPAÑOLA will not be able to provide the contracted service.

IV. Rights of Data Subjects

What rights do I have regarding data protection?

In accordance with Articles 13 of the GDPR and 11.2.c) of the LOPDGDD, you may exercise any of the following rights by contacting us at the postal address Calle Boix y Morer 6, 3º, 28003 Madrid, Spain, or by email at administracion@foronuclear.org. In any case, under current legislation, you have the following rights, in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and Articles 12 to 18 of the LOPDGDD:

• The right to object to processing.
• The right to data portability.

You may request the forms needed to exercise your rights from the Data Controller through the email address indicated in the controller’s details. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Further information is available in section VII of this document.

To which recipients will your data be disclosed?

You will always be informed and, where appropriate, your express consent will be requested before disclosing your personal data or carrying out international transfers, in accordance with current legislation, Articles 13.1.e) and 44 of the GDPR, as well as Articles 11.1 and 40 of Organic Law 3/2018.

VII. Supervisory Authority

FORO DE LA INDUSTRIA NUCLEAR ESPAÑOLA makes every effort to comply with data protection regulations, as this is one of our most valuable assets. However, we inform you that if you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), located at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.
